It’s been 7 months since surgery, and I decided to have everything removed at the hospital where I had my first surgery: silicone 27 mm, ear cartilage, and donated costal cartilage. I’m in my early 20s, and even though I feel anxious and everyone says my nose is pretty, it feels hard, looks high from the side, and more than anything, I feel like I look too artificial and I really hate myself. I made up my mind never to get plastic surgery again. I went for consultations about 3 times, and every time I went, I cried a lot and said I wanted everything taken out.
