For reference, mine is a revision rhinoplasty. I’ve found hospitals I want to consult at, roughly The Nan, Private, and Grand, and all sorts of thoughts keep coming up about what if the directors all recommend different materials. If it were my first surgery, I don’t think I’d think much of it, but I guess I’ll only know once I go, right? I heard costal cartilage is used a lot in revision cases. Is it used a lot regardless of whether it’s donated costal cartilage or autologous costal cartilage?
