Can it be removed as aftercare revision?

I had surgery with silicone and donated costal cartilage, and I don’t know how many millimeters the silicone is, but my nose became quite high, so I don’t think it’s thin. I already had some nasal bridge, but they put in thick silicone, and to match that, they raised the nasal tip with costal cartilage really tightly, almost to the limit, so I live hearing people say I look like Pinocchio. And I think the surgery was done somewhat wrong: if I put my hand inside the nose where there is scar tissue on the inner side of the nostril, I can feel cartilage protruding to both sides near the columella. But externally, aside from being high and artificial-looking, there’s no deviation or asymmetry. Right after surgery, I wanted early removal...
