It hasn't been 2 weeks since my surgery yet. I went to get surgery because my nasal bone was fractured, and when I asked about the cosmetic side, they recommended septal extension graft surgery, saying it would make my nasal tip prettier and make my physiognomy look better too. Not knowing anything, I thought, oh, then doing it together would be a gain, so I did it without even looking into it. Far from anyone saying my nose was ugly, there were even people who sometimes asked if I had had surgery. Before surgery and after surgery, there really is no difference, and my parents didn't even notice. They thought I had only gotten fracture surgery, so they just said it was a little swollen. To live my whole life with this foreign-body sensation and discomfort...
