Has anyone had surgery at With U Wonil?

[@소쩡이] It wasn’t a recommendation; they told me that if I used silicone, side effects could come back again ㅠㅠ But my bridge height is so low that there’s a step-off with the nasal tip, and the only way to fill that is silicone… ㅜㅜ

[@스펙타클] I went to Yejin too, and the consultation was the best! They explained things in detail and in a way that was easy to understand.. But I also searched through quite a lot of reviews, and Yejin had many cases that were really split between extremes, so I ended up ruling them out a bit. Also, the clinic showed me many cases similar to mine, but even knowing the before and after, there wasn’t much change to the point that it was hard to notice the difference. To put it positively, it was really, really natural; to put it negatively, it looked like there was almost no effect after surgery.

How was Yedam? And there seem to be many clinics that don’t take CT scans.. what do you think?

[@공맹] Yedam was good too. They tried to answer all my questions, and they seem to pursue a natural look. The consultant was also older, in her 50s, so she made me feel comfortable and took good care of me! Yedam was all good too, but when I looked at the review photos, the shape was a little different from what I’m going for, so I pushed it lower on my list. I think it’s the best for safety and naturalness.

I had mine done at Wonil. I admit it’s extremely, extremely natural. But as time passes, the nasal tip drops. The director told me about this in advance.. that my nose itself is the kind where the tip has no choice but to drop.. And I did it without sleep anesthesia.. I had surgery while listening to the director’s voice lol lol lol lol I’m not 100%, but I don’t have any side effects and I’m satisfied.

[@야옹이님] Thank you so much for answering ㅜㅜ!!! Hearing that it’s extremely, extremely natural makes me feel relieved(?) You did it with an open approach, right? How is the scar?? Since it’s a revision, there are so many things weighing on my mind. ㅠㅠㅠㅠ I’m scared to lie on the operating table again.

[@코수술내가미쳤지] My first surgery at another place was a total disaster too.. After doing a ton of in-person consultations, the place I went to was Wonil.. For the scar, I applied eye ointment well, so mine doesn’t even show lol The biggest downside is just the non-sleep anesthesia ㅠㅠㅠ I wish they’d put me to sleep, but they don’t.. The first clinic used mesh ㅡㅡ so it took a really long time to remove that ㅜ Anyway, search a lot and there will be a director who suits you. The director matters more than the clinic ㅠ

[@이하룬] No.. I did get scar tissue. I think it can’t be helped with a second surgery.. It’s only visible inside the nostril if I lift my face and intentionally stretch my philtrum long, so I’m just living with that much haha

[@코수술내가미쳤지] For me, the scar tissue is.. how should I say this, on what you’d call the nasal dorsum? It formed on the outside visible area ㅠㅠㅠㅠ Above the part where cartilage is inserted, I guess I should say it’s all scar tissueㅠ That’s why I’m trying to get revision surgeryㅠㅠㅠ You didn’t get it there, right!?!?!

[@롱기스트] The director’s style is to make the nasal tip blunt and rounded (you can even do a pig nose..), so it doesn’t droop to the level of a hooked nose; it’s exactly like Sakura from IZ*ONE’s nose.. But during my consultation, they already said my nose would definitely droop, so it may differ from person to person..
