The first time, when I didn't know anything, I had nostril reduction + ear cartilage, closed approach The second time, because there was a step-off, I had nasal bridge silicone + nasal tip septal cartilage + donated costal cartilage I only recently found out I had silicone, so I'm in the phase of getting consultations because I want to remove everything They said the event price for surgery to remove the silicone + donated costal cartilage, and since my nasal bridge is on the higher side, to avoid a step-off, reuse the existing ear cartilage and use dermis from behind the ear + if insufficient, use cartilage from the other ear, is 8.8 million won (they said if I reserve within a week, there is a 10% discount)... I know revision surgery itself is 4.4 million won, and because it's my third time, an extra 440,000 won is added, but is it normal for everything to be added separately like this, such as how much for dermis from behind the ear, how much for silicone removal, how much for donated costal cartilage removal?? It's been a long time since I had a revision consultation, so I can't get a feel for it, and I'm curious whether other places average around this much too
