The columella in the middle is gradually leaning to the left axis. The length of my right nostril rim seems to be getting longer, and I can feel the right alar cartilage sinking down. When I turn my head, the nasal deviation is also severe. I guess I need revision surgery, right? If anyone successfully had revision surgery from a condition like mine, please recommend a clinic.
