Then did everyone who had full removal or early removal just go ahead with it knowing that the surgically manipulated nasal tip might droop more in the removed nose later on? I’ve been looking only at full-removal reviews lately, but no one mentions this part. Is it because it’s obviously unavoidable? Is this why people who can’t give up on the shape choose revision surgery instead of removal?ㅜ
