After facial contouring surgery..ㅡㅡ;

Phew~ I just wrote a post really diligently, but an internet error happened and it all got deleted I posted before too, and I had surgery on December 1 last year, so if I calculate it exactly now, I think it’s been about 8 months and 10 days. I barely saw any effect, I have a lot of fat on my face to begin with, and I don’t know if the swelling has become fat or what, but anyway, far from seeing results, I feel like I’m going to get depressed. At the hospital, when I went a few times up until the 3-month mark, they said let’s wait only until 6 months. So I endured it while going to work, thinking I’d just hold out until then. So I made an appointment at the hospital for the 13th this month, quit my job too, and I’m going to go settle this. But I’m so, so worried the hospital will say something different, everyone.. And if you have a lot of fat on your face before surgery, aren’t they supposed to do fat removal together? I keep thinking that if they had done that, this wouldn’t have happened. I just assumed they would handle it well on their own, so I left it. Also, how long is the A/S period at hospitals usually? Even if it was okay at first, if your face becomes strange while living your life, shouldn’t the hospital be responsible? Of course, in my case there was no effect from the beginning, and even now my left cheekbone still feels like it moves when I touch it with my hand. When I open my mouth wide, there’s also a thud sound, and my right cheekbone has had no sensation since the surgery to begin with. It feels like it has come back a little now, but it doesn’t hurt at all even if I pinch it. Anyway, none of this or that matters. If I had just had results, I wouldn’t be this stressed.. Every time, I emptied all my savings, my family told me not to do it, and at each of the 4 hospitals I visited they asked what I was trying to do and told me not to, but human desire has no end, right? I had the surgery to make my face look a bit smaller, but there was no effect, so I really wanted to die the whole time. Everyone, please give me advice and tell me how I should talk when I go to the hospital.
