During the consultation, they said it seems like I have a support strut made of ear cartilage, and they told me to leave it in. But since I’m someone removing things because of discomfort and anxiety, I want to get rid of anything that could cause side effects later. If I remove everything but leave the support strut, will I maybe not be able to make a pig nose? Will there be any foreign-body sensation or other pain? My nose isn’t particularly hard right now, so if I leave the support strut in, will it still be soft?
