After full removal, I’m not planning to have any separate manipulation to lower the columella. Another hospital mentioned the columella, so I’m wondering if there’s anyone who had removal at that place and had their columellar retraction improve, or anyone whose columellar retraction got worse. I’m getting so worried because of this damn columella…
