I had surgery 5 years ago with Gore-Tex and septal cartilage, but the foreign body sensation is severe and I’ve been getting a lot of skin troubles lately, so I’m thinking about removal. I don’t know whether it would be better to remove only the implant or do a full removalㅠㅠ I’m worried because they say the nose lifts upward if you remove itㅠㅠ Does a lot of deformity happen?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
