I had surgery 5 years ago with Gore-Tex and septal cartilage, but the foreign body sensation is severe and I’ve been getting a lot of skin troubles lately, so I’m thinking about removal. I don’t know whether it would be better to remove only the implant or do a full removal I’m worried because they say the nose lifts upward if you remove it Does a lot of deformity happen?
