I had silicone placed within 3 mm in my nose, used ear cartilage for the nasal tip, and I think a little septal cartilage was used too, but not as a strut; I think it was supported with ear cartilage. I had lateral osteotomy and bulbous nose correction, and it’s day 11. If I look only at my nose, the shape is really so pretty. But only my nose is pretty; it doesn’t harmonize with me at all.And I think the problem is that it’s too high Everyone says the nasal bridge is okay, but the nasal tip suddenly feels too high.
