Side effects of lowering the nostril rim

It's been 2 years since my nose surgery, and they say I probably haven't developed a capsule and don't need removal

Does a capsule really not form after 2 years? Seriously, ah, I'm anxious. They said forcibly removing the capsule can damage the skin. Should I go to another hospital too? But this wasn't said by the director, it was the consultant.
