I want to remove all the nasal cartilage and the costal cartilage inside and go back to my original nose, but can't the lateral osteotomy on both sides be widened againㅠ ㅠ Then is there no other way except removing the cartilage or silicone inside while leaving it in the osteotomized stateㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅜㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅜㅠㅠ
