My previous surgery involved silicone on the nasal bridge, a nasal support strut, septal cartilage, ear cartilage in the nasal tip, and even septal extension My nose has been altered so much. During the consultation with the director, he said they would do complex repositioning through an open approach, but also do more correction for drooping nasal tip cartilage, so the surgery price is a bit high.
