When I was in college, without knowing much, I just wanted to raise it a little, so I got my nose raised without researching much. It was when I was young and clueless, so I'm even confused whether it was Gore-Tex or silicone ㅠ I used ear cartilage. My original nose was also a little crooked, so they told me it could still be crooked after surgery, and after surgery there was slight crookedness, but it had been like that originally too, so anyway I've lived well until now with a sharper look than before. But whether it's just a feeling or real, or whether phone cameras have gotten better these days, it seems to be getting more crooked over time, and as I age, lose facial fat, and my eyes become sunken, only my nose stands out…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
