The tip of my nose is hard. Is this contracture? It’s been 10 years, and I had silicone and ear cartilage. The nasal tip shows through slightly, and the tied cartilage shows through too. I can put up with all of that, but I’m worried it might be contracture. I’m even more scared because I heard that if I remove it, shrinkage can happen.
