It’s the second day after complete nasal implant/cartilage removal, and the shape of my nasal tip doesn’t seem very different from when I had rhinoplasty. Is this normal? They say it looks a bit more upturned because there’s a protective splint inside, but it seems too upturned. Will it gradually come down as the swelling goes down, or is this already the contracture phase?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
