I had my nasal cartilage tied, but my nose is too high, so I’m planning to release it. At the time, the doctor didn’t recommend tying the nasal tip, but I did it for no reason Has anyone had their cartilage tied and then released? I guess it would be done through an incision. It has been over 5 years since I had it done, so I’m not sure if it will be okay.
