First of all, it has been 1 year since I had silicone removal surgery, and the septal cartilage and ear cartilage were maintained. A few days ago, the ear cartilage in the nasal tip swelled once and then got better, but afterward blackheads appeared in the swollen area and around the columella, and it became slightly darker. Also, when I sniff through my nose, I feel a slight cool sensation on the left side of the columella, and this is because the inner columella area inside the nose is red and swollen. It wouldn’t be something like columella necrosis, right? In photos, it doesn’t show. There was originally nothing unusual around the columella, but a few days ago the nasal tip suddenly became red and swollen, and now it has become like this. I’m so scared.
