About 8 years ago, I went to the hospital because I had severe nasal obstruction, and they said my nasal septum was very deviated and needed correction, so I had surgery. One university hospital said my nose was very deviated, so if they corrected it, the nasal bridge would collapse, and that silicone had to be inserted no matter what. A plastic surgery clinic only prioritized the shape and did not care about function, and at another plastic surgery clinic, they said my nose was in harmony with my face, so everyone told me not to do it. After searching and searching, I found a confident university hospital doctor who said they could do it without inserting silicone and without collapsing the nasal bridge, so I had the surgery right away...
