When I had surgery before, they said that if the nasal bridge had been shaved down strangely and severely, I might have no choice but to put silicone back in. That’s something they can only know after opening it up during surgery. My nose originally had a high glabella area, but it already looks like they shaved it all away. I absolutely don’t want to use silicone, but if my nose is in that state, it means I’ll end up finding out I have to live with silicone for the rest of my life, sigh. Aside from that, my nose is slightly more upturned than before right now, and it looks like a very mild contracture. I really hope this improves well too. Seriously, even removal is such a whole ordeal, more than when I was looking into my first surgery …
