I think it’s been about 18 years. I used straight silicone, and I’m planning to remove the ear cartilage at the nasal tip and the silicone, but I’m worried that the bone may have been compressed and eroded as much as the space where it was inserted, and that after removing it my nose bridge might become seriously low. I’m also wondering if I should leave the capsule behind. Could this area possibly be reinforced with ear cartilage, like filling the spot where the nasal bridge silicone used to be? I will absolutely never get nose surgery again

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
