I got consultations at three places in Seoul for full nose implant removal, and except for one place, the other two said removal is possible with a closed approach. Of those two, one said that once they go into surgery, they may switch to an open approach if necessary, and the other said that although a closed approach is possible, if I feel uneasy and want it, they can do it with an open approach. Those were the opinions I got. It has been over 10 years since my nose surgery, and I was told I had an L-shaped implant and ear cartilage.
