I had revision surgery because of nasal contracture, but I didn't like the shape again, so I had it touched up one more time. But now the area about two-thirds up the nasal dorsum is sunken. The clinic said it's because the implant was absorbed. They said they can't put an implant or anything into the sunken area, so they only gave me regenerative injections, but honestly I don't think this will fill it in. What should I do now
