If I remove silicone from a hump nose, will there definitely be a step-off and widening?ㅠ

In my primary surgery, I had a hump, and they placed 1 mm Gore-Tex over it and used septal cartilage for the nasal tip. Recently, my nasal tip has deviated to the right, so I need revision surgery. Since I’m at it, I want to remove the silicone that makes it obvious I had surgery, so I consulted only a few places famous for removal. Most of them mentioned removing the nasal bridge silicone, reshaping the septal cartilage, and using ear cartilage if needed. Some places said they would rasp the nasal bridge, and some said they could lay ear cartilage over it. But after reading other people’s reviews, they say that with a hump nose, if you remove the silicone, it will definitely spread and create a step-off, and I’m so worried about thatㅠ Originally…
