I don't have any functional problems at all, and simply because I was dissatisfied with the shape, I was planning to have complete nose removal at places famous for removal, not at the hospital where I had the surgery. But the hospital where I had the surgery contacted me through the consultant, saying they could remove the silicone at an affordable price. What I'm worried about is that this is already the hospital that left me aesthetically dissatisfied, so I'm wondering if it's right to do it there one more time. I'm also curious whether the nasal tip can be adjusted while removing the silicone. Since I'm unhappy with the overall shape of my nose, is it difficult to adjust the nasal tip while removing the silicone…
