I had surgery almost 10 years ago, and maybe because of the silicone that was put in back then, for the past few months I've been feeling a foreign-body sensation. I really hate the feeling like there are scabs inside my nose, so I want to remove this. But I think it would look strange if I just take it out, so I want to lightly refine only the nasal tip without an implant. How are ㅅㅇ, ㅋㅂㅈ, and ㅍㄹㅁ? Are they also good at nose removal? It seems like many people go there for non-implant nose work. Are there any other places worth going to?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
