I’ve honestly done as much online research as I can, so now I’m planning to make the final decision while getting consultations. I’m not just looking at the nose shape, but also places that check contracture, cartilage condition, and even internal nasal function. Since it’s a revision surgery, I thought a lot about whether to use autologous costal cartilage or donated costal cartilage, but I think autologous costal cartilage is the best for maintenance. I narrowed the list down to places that can make a natural yet glamorous straight-to-slightly-curved line. Revision rhinoplasty-focused - TS, Mighty, Made Young, Eight, Last, High End, Planner As I narrowed it down, the list got longer, so it would probably be too much to visit them all.. I’m thinking of narrowing it down one last time from here. Where would be good to go?

델리이이만주 How many places are you planning to narrow it down to? Among these, High End overlaps with my list. I haven’t decided yet either, but I’m looking at places that are good with contracted noses.
원시문 I don’t know about the other things, but if you have contracture, the chance of using autologous costal cartilage is definitely the highest.. When I went in person to JY and DIO, they looked at my nose condition and the septal cartilage size visible on CT, and then told me what nasal materials to use. From the explanation I heard, autologous costal cartilage has the fewest side-effect reactions and less drooping, so I decided to do it with that at JY too.
침대얌 Isn’t the standard for “best” way too different for everyone? ㅜ
샘슨 I think you looked at the list well. How many places are you planning to visit?! I also went to a lot of in-person consultations for revision surgery, and in the end I got revision surgery at Edition and I’m satisfied with the result,,
원투쓰리빠이브 [@델리이이만주] I think I need to decide carefully, so I’m still thinking about it..
원투쓰리빠이브 [@원시문] Oh wow, that’s such detailed info?! Thank you haha
원투쓰리빠이브 Hmm.. I guess that’s true, but I also want to gather info from people who had good results and think it over haha
원투쓰리빠이브 [@샘슨] I’m still thinking a bit more.. I guess Edition is good too!!
유린기소스 Is it contracture? ㅜ I’m looking for a director while considering surgery with autologous costal cartilage too, and among your list, the reviews for Director Park at Made Young were good. Rather than directors who do many different surgeries, I’m comparing mainly directors who specialize in one field.
원투쓰리빠이브 [@유린기소스] Yeah, I do think a director who specializes in one field would feel more trustworthy. I’ll keep that in mind too!!
우신종 If it’s a place that checks function too, Planner can probably do functional surgery as well. If there’s a functional issue, I think it’s right to look at hospitals that do functional surgery.
원투쓰리빠이브 [@Wooshinjong] Oh really?? I hadn’t thought that far, but thanks to you I found out. Thank you~
조아해불까 I recommend these three: ㅍㄹㄴ, ㅌㅇㅅ, ㅁㅇㅌ. When you get consultations, each director has a totally different style, so you’ll definitely settle on where to have surgery.
익명 Other than here, also look carefully at communities like ㄱㅇㅅ and ㅇㅇㅇ.
fnffn0224 [@Joahaebulkka] I’m thinking of going to ㅁㅇㅌ. What kind of style is it??

- Review: I’m seriously super satisfied right now - Contracture phase: I don’t even know if it has come yet; I still don’t know whether it hasn’t come or already did (about a week ago, my nose was hard for 2-3 days... maybe that was it..)-
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 I was quoted 23 million won... is this right...
I got quoted 23 million won at OO for all autologous costal cartilage.. They say it would be 18 million if I write a review ㅠㅠ Is this right? Since I have a history of 3 surgeries if I include the AS revision, I expected it to be in the ten
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 How is ㅊㅁ??
It seems like ㅊㅁ does removals regardless of the timing. Has anyone here had a removal or surgery there??
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Complete removal after one month due to nasal inflammation
I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 I’m deciding between Asan and RU! Has anyone had surgery at Asan?ˀ̣
My nose had inflammation, so everything has been removed, and I think there’s still a little inflammation left. Considering that, I feel like Asan might be the right choice, but I’m so torn because I don’t know if the shape will turn out pr
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Can contracture also occur with implant-free autologous costal cartilage?
Just as the title says…..
