From the front, my nose looks too bulbous, and when I smile it spreads sideways, which I really hate. Should I get rid of that look and raise the nasal tip a bit? In my first surgery, septal cartilage and ear cartilage were used, and it has been a long time since the surgery. I'm researching revision rhinoplasty clinics online, and I've also booked consultations at 5 clinics. If possible, I don't want to use rib cartilage I want a natural-yet-glamorous look, so if you know any clinics or materials, please recommend them.
