Looking at everyone here who had removal, there didn’t seem to be much difference in nasal height before and after removal. Why is that? Function is an issue for me too, but I’m doing this because my nose is too high right now and I want to go back to my original nose. I think I’d be sad if the nose shape stayed the same as it is now
