Nose Re-Surgery

My auricular cartilage is showing through. Does it have to be removed?

I’m 9 months post-op. Septal cartilage was not used, and only auricular cartilage was used to build up the nasal tip. They covered it with fascia on top, so at first it looked natural, but as the swelling went down and the fascia was absorbed, the cartilage angle gradually became visible, and the show-through on only one side is getting worse. When I touch the whitish raised area, it feels pointed. But I really don’t want revision surgery, and if it isn’t dangerous, I just want to live with it. Is it dangerous if auricular cartilage show-through occurs? Is there a possibility it could break through the skin, or cause inflammation or contracture?
