Before surgery, I didn’t have a deviated nose externally, and my nose was straight and extended well without any appearance issues. It was a preoperative CT, and they said the innermost part of my septum was bent, so I had severe deviated septum, mid-septal deviation, and deviation on the columella side. If only the overlaid donor rib cartilage is removed, will it collapse? Has anyone had a case like mineㅠㅠ
