Having revision surgery again makes me psychologically anxious because there is silicone inside my nose. But if I get everything removed, I'm worried whether my original nose will look okay. I have a slight hump on my nose, and they did not shave it down; they just covered it with silicone on top. Is it not possible to shave the hump while doing full removal? Do I absolutely have to cover it with silicone on top? Or if the capsule is not removed, could it cover the hump a little?
