Originally, I said I wanted only the nasal tip done without an implant, but when doing the rhinoplasty, they said they would lift the nasal tip and, if the balance didn't look right, they would put in silicone at that point. After the rhinoplasty was over, I asked, and they said they had placed 2 mm. 2 mm is a small silicone implant, but silicone is silicone. Once silicone was placed at the glabella, my impression changed. A week later, on the day of suture removal, I looked at my face, and because there was silicone at the glabella, I disliked it so much that I went to the clinic and cried.
