Just like the title says, has anyone only removed AlloDerm from the nasal bridge? ㅠ I decided on removal and went to the hospital where I had my rhinoplasty last weekend, but they were strongly against total removal. Especially because my original nose was short, they said that if everything is removed, due to the tendency to return, even with cartilage repositioning, it could become very slightly more upturned than my original nose. So I’m thinking of leaving the autologous costal cartilage at the nasal tip since it’s autologous cartilage anyway, and only removing the AlloDerm in the nasal bridge. But honestly, the director recommends ‘replacing the AlloDerm.’ They said removing it entirely could make it uneven…
