If I get donor rib cartilage and later want to remove it, will my nose go back to something similar to before? My columella is already a bit lowered, and I’m worried it might droop more after removing it later, so I can’t bring myself to do it. And after removing the implant, it should be okay to pick my nose or massage it as I please, right
