I had silicone removal and nostril lowering as a revision surgery in 2019, but my nose became bulky. After that, I had another revision surgery in 2021, but nothing changed at all, and I just wasted money and time. I feel like there’s no answer unless I remove the nostril lowering, but even after this much time has passed, would removal of the nostril lowering be possible? Ah, I’m also worried about scar tissue, and I wonder if I’ll just be making trouble for myself by touching it for no reason. I’m really upset.
