This is a review of my first consultation trip from the provinces to Seoul. I’ve had 3 surgeries, and I know the last surgery used donated costal cartilage and silicone. What was shocking when I went for consultations was that both places told me it didn’t seem like silicone was in my nasal bridge. I was told there didn’t seem to be any current inflammation or contracture. 1st clinic director-consultation manager consultation: If I remove everything, the tip will lift more than now, but it probably won’t become a severely upturned nose, and saddle nose is unlikely. Columellar retraction also won’t happen unless it was congenital or there is inflammation. The skin hasn’t thinned much. If there is a capsule, they would remove it and tie the nasal tip cartilage, ah…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
