I am thinking about total nose implant/material removal, and I had nasal lengthening using septal cartilage. Usually, when septal cartilage is removed, does the nose become more upturned compared with removing silicone or ear cartilage? I would like to hear opinions from people who have removed all silicone, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage My original nose already showed my nostrils a bit, so if it becomes more upturned, I am wondering whether I will need revision surgery
