This is a revision surgery, and during my first surgery, the nostril shape wasn't bad even when the splint was on after surgery. But now, while the splint is still on, when I look at it, my nostril shape is spread outward, so I'm worried it might stay this shape even after the swelling goes down.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
