I’m so stressed out by one thing after another, and I’m also suspecting contracture, so I just want to remove it. But it doesn’t seem like you can just take it out that easily.. For my first surgery, I didn’t use ear cartilage and used the septum instead.
After looking around, I found that some hospitals say not to use costal cartilage, so does anyone know of a hospital that does revision surgery without using costal cartilage?

Complete removal after one month due to nasal inflammation
