I had silicone on the nasal bridge, septal cartilage at the nasal tip, and alar reduction. The nose shape isn’t something I dislike or that looks very strange, but I can’t get used to the hard nose, foreign-body sensation, change in impression, eyes looking closer together, and the fact that I have to live with foreign material inside my nose, so I’m planning to remove it For those who have had removal, does it feel completely like your own nose?
