I had nose surgery 3 months ago, and my nasal tip is round and somehow upturned, and the nose angle is lifted, so my philtrum has become long like a monkey's. Even after the swelling went down, the philtrum still looks long, and I paid money to become uglyㅠㅋ My nose is very slightly crooked, but the hospital said something strange like, isn't one side just darker in skin color?ㅋ If I remove all of the silicone, septal extension, and ear cartilage, can it return to normal? Sorry about the blackheadsㅠ
