I originally had a typical Asian nose where the tip cartilages were separated. But the hospital said that if they only stacked ear cartilage, it would collapse, so they said they gathered the nasal tip while tying the ear cartilage and tip cartilages together. But after surgery, my breathing is a bit uncomfortable. Is this also a side effect of cartilage tying?
