After 6 months, I’m going to remove the silicone from the nasal dorsum and either replace the nasal tip septal cartilage support with an ear cartilage support, or only have revision surgery on the nasal tip. Usually a lot of people do full removal, but in my case, from the first surgery, I had the alar cartilage shaved, fat removed, septal deviation correction, osteotomy, basically everything that could be done. So they said if I do full removal, the nasal tip could really collapse or become strange. So I definitely want to remove the silicone and revise only the nasal tip by changing it to ear cartilage, which is less rigid than septal cartilage. Has anyone done it like this?

Scars will definitely remain, and nasolabial folds will form. Of course, it may be less noticeable at famous clinics.. I recommend avoiding it if possible. You can’t even reverse alar base reduction. I’m currently looking into revision…
