What hospitals are really good? I want this rhinoplasty to be my last one. I don’t think I can use autologous rib cartilage because I have to take care of my baby, and I think I need to use buttock dermis for the thin area at the nasal tip. Is buttock dermis okay? I know that some of it gets absorbed, but since my skin is thin, I feel like there’s no other method besides this.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
