I’m planning to have everything removed from my nose. I want to remove all foreign materials in my nose, including silicone, septal cartilage, mesh, etc. If I have everything removed, is it better to have cartilage repositioning? Isn’t cartilage repositioning ultimately a foreign material too? What if side effects happen? If anyone knows roughly how much total removal plus cartilage repositioning costs, please let me know0
