About 5 years ago, I had revision surgery using autologous costal cartilage, but now I’m a bit dissatisfied with the side view, so I want to have another revisionㅠㅠㅠ I had it because I developed contracture, and I’m satisfied with the improvement in contracture, but I want to lower the bridge just a little more... I don’t think septal cartilage can be used, and I’m wondering if it would be possible to lower it a bit more while using ear cartilage.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
